We have a vacancy for the brand-new position of Marketing Specialist. We are looking for a great, multi-creative mind who is excited to be developing and managing multiple marketing projects for our clients. The projects vary from developing e-mailings, sampling activities, POSM materials, organizing trade fairs and further developing and managing our Corporate DNA marketing.

You do not have to do this all alone because you work together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues. You will work in our marketing experience team and together with the Marketing Manager you will create new exciting projects that offer the ultimate experience to our customers.

A start-up with ambition

We are Circle Branding, a recent start up focused on offering marketing expansion services to national and international organizations that want to enter the Benelux pet market. We are a 100% daughter organization of Malanico, a Benelux logistics partner withing the pet and garden industry. But our ambitions with Circle Branding do not stop at pet only.

What are the job responsibilities?

  • You develop new mailings and marketing projects with our customers, and you ensure that everything is executed in a timely and creative manner. This way the customer has the best possible experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase site awareness.
  • You develop new E-commerce platforms & Apps together with the marketing manager and your ICT colleagues.
  • With our HRM team you develop and manage the recruitment marketing that has yet to be set up for the entire group.
  • You develop POS materials and sales promotions for our sales team.
  • The monthly price list communication and the monthly product brochures are designed by you.
  • You organize trade fairs, corporate events and support in building the corporate identity.
  • Continuously analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations to develop better marketing campaigns.
  • You maintain and optimize the existing websites and web shops of our clients.
  • And of course, as a specialist, you always stay informed of the latest trends and changes in the field of marketing and e-marketing.

What do we look for in you?

  • This is your first job or you already have a few years of experience
  • HBO (Bachelor) work and thinking level is necessary as we would like to see you develop further
  • You are a creative thinker who sees opportunities and converts them into solution-oriented E-commerce and communication projects for our customers.
  • You have good organizational skills to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while proactively identifying new opportunities and selling these opportunities to our clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as there is a heavy amount of writing and presentation/sales ideas in this role.
  • Excellent understanding of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing. Other languages? Yes please!
  • Direct and clear communication is key for you and is what you expect from your team members.
  • Teamwork is important, we are a young team and value and encourage initiatives.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with e-commerce, marketing, and CMS systems such as HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, Mailchimp and Google Analytics.
  • You live within 1 hour’s drive of the office as a longer drive is not sustainable.
